Sunday, AUGUST 23, at 5:30 PM, join us for an extraordinary guided tour of the Castrum of Serravalle. This is no ordinary visit: for one special day, the ancient walls come to life.

Together with Ada Marcantonio and art historian Elena Uliana, we will explore areas of the castle that are usually closed to the public.

It will be an exclusive journey through art and history, offering you the opportunity to admire the works of Master Felice Nittolo from a completely new perspective.

And to finish? We will lift the veil on the mystery surrounding the “ghost” of Sofia di Colfosco

A unique experience blending culture, art, and mystery, ending with a relaxed aperitif at a local wine bar .

Con pochi semplici ingredienti, trasformeremo farina e uova nella pasta fatta a mano. Naturalmente alla fine degusteremo insieme la pasta che abbiamo preparato con un buon bicchiere di vino.

Unser Aufenthalt im Castle von Ada war einfach traumhaft – ein echtes Erlebnis, das wir nicht so schnell vergessen werden. Das Schloss selbst ist beeindruckend und versprüht einen authentischen mittelalterlichen Charme. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, ganz im Stil einer echten Burg – man fühlt sich wie in einer anderen Zeit, ohne auf modernen Komfort verzichten zu müssen.

Der riesige Garten ist ein weiteres Highlight: weitläufig, wunderschön gepflegt und mit zahlreichen gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Ob zum Frühstücken in der Morgensonne oder zum entspannten Ausklang des Tages bei einem Glas Wein – hier findet jeder sein Lieblingsplätzchen.

Ada ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin. Sie spricht perfekt Englisch, ist unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit und liest einem praktisch jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Auch Sonderwünsche werden mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Besonders begeistert hat uns, wie viele tolle Insider-Tipps sie uns zu Ausflügen in der Umgebung gegeben hat – von versteckten Naturperlen bis zu kulturellen Highlights.
