Recently added to the Castrum apartments, the Suite della Castellana is located on the main floor of the entrance tower. Having served for years as a place of life and culture, it offers a unique experience: a full immersion in the history andlife of the chateau’s mistress.
It features a spacious bedroom with a mullioned window overlooking the garden, a dining room with an antique fireplace where breakfast is served and, upon request, a dinner prepared by a chef and, of course, a bathroom. Additionally, there is an outdoor seating area beneath the branches of a centuriesold cedar tree.
To allow you to fully enjoy its atmosphere and experience pure relaxation, it is reserved exclusively for stays of at least two nights.

The Castellana Suite is ideal for a weekend of total relaxation. The setting offers complete privacy and an exclusive outdoor area beneath a centuries-old cedar tree; a minimum stay of two nights is required to ensure a true break from your daily routine.
The suite is a highly sought-after venue for weddings. With its 100 square meters of space, it serves as the perfect bridal suite for the newlyweds, offering the ideal space for pre-ceremony preparations or as luxury accommodations for close family members.
You can arrange exclusive dinners right in your suite. The room features a private dining room with an antique fireplace, where, upon request, a personal chef is available to prepare custom menus and organize themed evenings.
The Castrum di Serravalle is located about an hour’s drive from Cortina d’Ampezzo. Situated in Vittorio Veneto, just a short distance from the highway exit, the B&B is a strategic starting point for day trips to the heart of the Dolomites.
The property organizes specialized food and wine experiences. Located on the outskirts of the Prosecco DOCG Hills, the B&B offers experiential packages that include guided tours and tastings at the finest historic wineries in Valdobbiadene and Conegliano.
There are numerous cycling routes in the area surrounding the B&B. Guests can set out directly from the Castrum to explore the Veneto foothills, the surrounding lakes, and scenic routes through the vineyards by bike.

Impariamo a preparare la pasta fresca come si fa nelle famiglie italiane.
Con pochi semplici ingredienti, trasformeremo farina e uova nella pasta fatta a mano. Che siano tagliatelle, ravioli o pappardelle vi insegneremo tutti i segreti per creare piatti freschi e saporiti come quelli della nostra tradizione. Naturalmente alla fine degusteremo insieme la pasta che abbiamo preparato con un buon bicchiere di vino.
